  Today when u look at all the communities.. The Dominant communities have consolidated themselves and are in the forefront in every fields and the receiving or deprived ones the Dalits and minorities also have consolidated since they have been exploited enough.. and the sheer exploitation and oppression have forced them to Unite and today they are more politically more mature than the OBC.. But the irony is we the OBC are not as politically mature and have to consolidate since we form more than 50% of Indian Population.. When I ponder why we are so insensitive to Unite..one of the reason may be we have not been exploited enough.. But we have not been exploited enough by the so called Upper castes since they use us to suppress the deprived Ones i.e the dalits/minorities.. At the same time they dont allow us to grow also since if we grow in stature we will question them.. This not allowing us to grow is more dangerous than suppresing us since silently they willl be killing us and we never know it.. we feel they are our friends but in hindsight they are'nt... Hence we are being used by the ruling classes as guinea pigs for their experiments of exploiting the deprived communities.. We are into a state called Inertia where we neither grow nor degrow.. That poison is put into OBC by the so called elite ruling classes into our veins.. They Use us when it is of use to them and when our usefulness is over they give a dose of drowsy poison into our veins and make us sleep.. Hence friends Understand the real motive of the so called elite classes .. get out of the shackles.. Understand yourselves better.. get out of inertia.. for inertia leads to complacency.. which we OBC are right now in.. Thats the reason precisely why even if u look at the bureaucratic or political hierarchy also u find lot of OBC in middle level positions like clerks/acountants/teachers/nurses/etc but when it comes to higher positions like IAS/IPS/KAS/class 1 and class 2.. u find very few again the concept of inertia.. happy to be there creeps in.. Same is with politics we are there as councilors,coporators,ZP,TP but when it comes to MLA and MP the elite classes give us the injection to our veins to be silent... Hence friends jago... OBC (kuruba) .. jago.. Pl understand that a day will come when we will get addicted to this state of inertia and our political masters will be happy to play with us in that state of Mind.. Dont be complacent for As Ronald Reagan rightly said “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.”... similar is community development.. Hence we OBC(kuruba) should unite among ourselves but also help consolidate Ahinda to get political empowerment for all deprived communites.. There is a difference between existing and living and lets all start living and i know living comes with a little sacrifise but that sacrifise is worth it since it is living with dignity.... Lets Unite & Lets LIVE.. Jai Kuruba.. jai OBC.. Jai Ahinda.....

Community & Politics.. Political power the key to community development

Every community should be politically aware.. But i see We Kuruba shy away whenever someone tries to consolidate community to get political empowerment for the community.. The reason for this may be many... If I write anything which is political in nature.. few of our own feel uneasy about it.. I really am amazed and some time feel that i am fighting a lone battle.. But deep within i know i am educating my community against political exploitation.. may be few feel we have not been exploited enough.. hence this indifference... But i feel it is ignorance of few within... The day is not far off when we will be totally politically exploited.. When we say political empowerment for community it means positions of power for members of our community and then the persons who occupy those positions of power inturn give it back to the community since the community United and brought those persons Power.. So if few community guys can consolidate community along with few other friendly communities like Ahinda there is nothing wrong with it.. If our community guy grows politically we all have to be happy for it... Enough of we supporting others lets be mature and start supporting enterprising guys/gals from within community who have leadership skills to lead the community from the front.. Whether they succeed or no only time will tell.. But we as a community has to support such people and not criticize them that they are mixing community with politics. Community and Politics go hand in hand... Political Power is the Key to Community development .. the faster we understand the faster we grow... So if we discuss political strategy in community forums its not a SIN ... So guys who still are of old school of thought have to come out of their shell and understand dynamics of community development of the 21st century.. We should not feel shy to discuss politics since it is going to determine our place in the coming years and our future generations will question us if we dont do our part in protecting the interest of our community poltically...

Every one talks of community development.. But no one knows How.. But when Someone tries to give an answer to the question How?? Our own people and the irony is the most educated ones back away and criticise.. If we dont discuss community politics and strategy in Our own forum. should we discuss it in other community forums.. My question is whom are we fearing for... Why should we fear???? Why should we fear to educate our own community people about strategy to bring more political power to our community and that too in our own Community forums....

I am ashamed to be part of that community forum of ours where we have to fear to write or educate our own community members regarding what is good for us kuruba politically... every one wants to enjoy political power but no one wants to work towards getting that for our community.. Everyone wants to comment as if they are philosophers that Kuruba dont Unite. There is no unity in the community. but my question to them is By uniting what do u want to do.. yes tommorow all kuruba unite .. then what next.. is the question i want to put to all so called community thinkers who dont want to mix community with politics.. Lets be frank and have the guts to tell.. Yes we all will Unite and by our Uniting we all will vote Our community guys to Power.. Is there anything wrong in it... I feel No... But why we are afraid and afraid of whom.. The great babsaaheb Ambedakar also saaid that political power is the Key to community development.. jago..kuruba..jago...

My enthusiasm to visit Chondi was more out of curiosity to know How a small girl from a tiny village went on to become one of the greatest queens in Indian History..A Queen whom historians say as the greatest administrator of the 17th century... I reached Chondi with great difficulty thanks to few party leaders of RSP.. I reached Chondi on the night of 30th at 12.30 am... A very tiny village with hardly 20 to 30 houses with a population of around 500 to 800 maximum.. dusty roads.. then i felt happy inside that i am walking on the very roads that the great maharani walked and played.. Then i had the privilege of sleeping on the land of Ahilya and that night i will never forget my life since we slept in the fields and believe me not even one musquito around and silent breeze similar to an AC in room.. Had a nice sleep on the barren of the holy land..



As we got up in the morning.. crowds started coming on their own and since we had time we went to see the temple of choundeswara (lord shiva) where a small girl was spotted by the Holkar King and was so impressed by the little girl doing service at the temple took her as a bride for his only yuvraj... I took the blessings of choundeswara and visited the House which belonged to ahilya bai.. and was so happy to be walking in the house.. felt proud as a kuruba that the great rajamatha belonged to Us i.e Kuruba/dhangar..



Then the man arrived Mr Mahdev Jankar.. a simple man who connects with his people with his heart rather than his brain.. Scores of kuruba youth thronging where ever he goes... then Mr revanna arrived followed by Suraj mandal former MP and JMM senior leader and also Mr shinde the local MLA who is from ahilya bai holkar family to joined.. then scores of people started flowing In .. few in motorcycles... few in cars.. few in taxis..etc.. all using their own means of transport.. believe me Not even one vehicle was arranged by the party.. all participants coming on their own by spending their own money.. i have seen lot of political rallies where leaders struggle to get people even after spending huge money and sending vehicles to ferry them.. This was a big surprise to me when people started giving money to jankar out of their love for Him.. One guy giving his entire 1 month salary to jankar ji.. Speakers after speakers started speaking about ahilya matha, RSP and mahdev jankar.. Then i came to know how much people loved him... He is not a rich Man... But his thinking is rich.. he connects with his people through his heart.. Kuruba/dhangar youth just scream as soon as his speech started.. then most of the speakers spoke in marathi.. i could understand little but asked my frnd beside whenever doubts arised... Then mahdev jankar said If i wanted to compromise with things.. i wld have been a successful politician and personally i would have grown But the community would have suffered... His mission of getting Power/satta for the community (kuruba in particular and rashtriya samaj (Ahinda) in general was stressed by him...



What striked me the most was.. here is a Kuruba.. Who is an engineer by profession.. Unmarried and sacrificed his personal life to get Power/satta for the community.. Unmarried since what ever he earns can be routed to his community instead of his immediate family.. His definition of Community is little different from the rest.. He Loves Kuruba the most ..but he wants to give power to all i.e to Kuruba and all deprived communties (Ahinda).. and he wants kuruba to take lead in consolidating all Ahinda.. Today He is fighting the Most Corrupt and richest politician Of not only maharastra but also India Shri Sharad Pawar.. For so many years he gets many offers from national parties that we will make U MP... why dont u join Us.. But he has always refrained from those offers since his purpose of coming to politics is little different from the rest... He is dreaming of a day when like chandra gupta Maurya dreamt of a unified India.. Jankar ji is dreaming of a shepherd being the prime minister of India and sharing power with all Ahinda... Thats where i see a Mahadev jankar being different from rest... While My turn to speak came i said Leaders are of two kinds.. One leader is again a follower to another leader (short term) and the other creates leaders .. he is V-centric and not I-centric (long term).. So I say Mahdev jankar belongs to the later one which is like a factory keeps on producing leaders at various levels... Youth of our community just love him.. adore him and when he speaks there is pin drop silence... He is a proud Kuruba no doubt in that but he is adored by other community too including marathas, brahmins etc..



U all have to meet this great Kuruba to know How nice a human being he is and How passionate he is towards shepherds/kuruba... Believe me this Kuruba will become the adhunik shepherd boy of India and like chandra gupta mourya(shepherd boy) integrated whole india.. This adhunik (modern) shepherd Boy Mr mahdev Jankar will make every shepherd/kuruba of this country proud by bringing Satta/power to our community...
